Please Note: Rug ships rolled or folded — light creasing on arrival is normal and will relax within a few days. Some shedding during initial use is normal for plush pile rugs and reduces with regular vacuuming. Hand wash or gentle machine wash only — do not tumble dry or wring.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Vacuum regularly on a low or no-beater-bar setting to keep the pile soft and full. Shake out gently to release dust between cleanings, and spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed — blot, don't rub, to protect the fibers. Avoid soaking, harsh chemicals, or machine washing, which can mat the pile and damage the backing. Air dry completely if cleaned, and keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading over time.
